When installing RoboHelp X5 I get the following error during the 1-Step RoboPDF install:
To fix the problem:
Download the RoboPDF 3 cleaning utility.
Run the program.
Reboot your machine.
Browse the RoboHelp CD.
Open the RoboPDF folder and run the setup.exe.
NOTE: If you don't have a CD and you used just a download link, run the setup again, and only select RoboPDF during the install.
This will just install RoboPDF, and you won't have to worry about RoboHelp not being installed, the RoboPDF install is last of all the installs.
